Grandma's gifts

Tuesday, February 19, 2013

Grandma left me some money in her will and I decided to use it to look after myself even better.
This is what I bought:

2 different levels of resistance.

I have wanted a slow cooker for such a long time! Now I can finally get one.

None of these things (fitbit excluded) are particularly expensive, but when your wage is as feeble as mine it's hard to justify spending even a little money on something for yourself. I don't even drink coffee from coffee shops because it's cheaper to make my own at home. So I think it would have made Grandma happy that she's enabled me to buy all these things I've been wishing for, especially as they're all things that help me take care of myself.

I can't wait for it all to arrive!

All your choices concerned your health and fitness. Maybe you should imagine what you would have bought a few years back and see how far you've come.
