Weighed in at 186.0 this morning so that was good. Back in the right direction. I made alot of healthy choices at the store last week so I was able to make great food decisions and have been tracking left and right.
Also I realized I made it to the gym 4 or 5 times last week which is awesome. However, Friday morning I took dance lessons with JD for the first time ever and let me tell you...that is a workout! I think I aggravated the bursa sac in my left hip because it is on fire sometimes. That's annoying because I want to keep training for my half marathon but now I have this freaking pain in my side. The farthest I've run so far is 7 miles and I need to keep working my way up so I don't die in April.
I didn't get to the gym today, but I did walk around a job fair for 45 minutes in heels, so that has to burn some calories right? Applied for a few jobs when I got home, but not truly worrying about it. I'm literally trying to focus from week to week and not worry so much about months from now, and I think that keeps me more focused.
I also got a phone call for an in person interview at a company back home so I will be doing that on Friday. Fingers crossed it goes well.
As for right now, I'm going to fix a small dinner and pack a snack for my FOUR HOUR CLASS... Haha. I cannot wait to graduate. I love school and all, but 18 years will be quite enough for me. :)
