Lately Ive slightly tweaked the times of my workouts...but havent changed my meals. In particular Ive always had a healthy and balanced breakfast and it has always last me through till morning tea time (fruit and nuts). However since this change in the timing of my workouts Ive found Im waking up and following the usual routine as normal, but by about 930 Im ravenous, and then because i move all my meals forward by the end of the workday Im racing home for dinner.
Im taking this as a signal that with the new exercise routine I need to look to redistributing my calories throughout the day and perhaps put a little more in the mornings because my experience is usually if I have a breakfast that gets me through to a 1030 morning tea the rest of the day I can cruise on through with relative ease in terms of varying calory content.
