I don't have a huge goal, but to show up each day at the community pool, walk 70 laps around the lazy river. This is do-able for me... no pain usually, and I now do it in under 45 minutes. I like to keep moving for 90 minutes, jogging in place, leg lifts in the water and so on. It all helps. Today my husband insisted on eating before we left at 6:30 AM... and learned not to eat before exercise. He did not feel good, and quit after 35 laps. Tomorrow will be better. I want to get up and leave for the pool within 15 minutes... not sit around and drink coffee. It makes me sick when I exercise. I'd rather drink a glass of water and gooooo!
