I know I've done this already today, but I'm back. I just wanted to post my intentions, mostly so I can get my goals where I can see them. As of today, I am going to start eating better. As of today, I am going to start stretching on a daily basis. As of March 1st I am going to start exercising or doing some sort of physical activity on a daily basis. I sprained my ankle, that's why I'm waiting. My main source of exercise will be walking and I don't want to rush my ankle. I figured if I start with the food and work my way up to the exercise it's like dipping my toe in the pool. I've never been a jump in kind of girl. I will lose weight this year, come hell or high water.

    You could exercise in the pool that would not hurt the ankle... Great tho, I think smalll achievable goals are the key... emoticon
