Over the weekend, I happened across Eat Well, Enjoy Life's Spicy Red Lentil Chipotle Hummus. It's amazing! And the very best part is that a serving (2 Tbsp) has only 60 calories with 2 grams of protein, 4 grams of fat, and only 5 grams of carbs. I love that it's totally packed with flavour and leaves me very satisfied.
They have lots of other flavours of hummus as well. I'm excited to try them all!
