Adarkara's Adventures in ONEderland - Chapter One

So I'm settling into ONEderland quite nicely. It's a great neighborhood, my new house is super cute, and there are so many places to shop! I'm quite comfortable here so far. I thought I'd list some NSVs for you from my weekend.

* I was in bed with my husband Sunday afternoon (think what you will, you're probably right emoticon ) and as I lay on my back my stomach looked and felt soooo flat! I felt sexy and slim!

*My cousin told me I am now thinner than my other cousin, who is about my height. (I kind of felt bad for feeling so good about this!)

*I apparently bought JUNIORS size large leggings from Target (size on the back says it will fit an 11-13) and they fit! (I'm wearing them in my newest pic)

*People are coming to me and asking me what my secret is, lol. I find this funny because there is no magic wand, just discipline, measuring and tracking, tracking tracking! Several people I know are not hopping on the healthy bandwagon.

*People are telling me I'm an inspiration. I'm truly flattered by this because I'm not out looking to inspire people, I'm just trying to make myself healthy and look good. What a positive side effect! It only encourages me to do better.

Okay so now onto the scale: 198.6 this morning! Super happy I broke that Stevia In The Raw induced plateau. It was driving me crazy!

Happy light report: I'm pretty sure my happy light is my new favorite miracle toy. I've been using it every morning for 20 minutes while I goof off here on SP, and I've been much more happy and positive.

I want to thank everyone so much for all the support I've been getting these last few months! I struggled for a good four weeks and now things are moving along properly again, so hopefully I will be getting back to hardcore encouraging all of you soon!

And I got the 28 Day Bootcamp that I won on the Spark Wheel so I'm going to try to check that out this week and give it a bit of a review.

Yesterday I barely made my bottom range number. For some reason I was just not hungry! I'm not real hungry today either. I'll call it a small miracle since I usually stay *just* within calorie range.
