I have to remind myself this journey isn't about being a certain weight or skinny clothes, its about being healthy, taking care of myself.
Though I do like it when my face has less pudge I have gotten that most time. So in the end I need to remember as I'm working toward my workout that its about healthy.
I have been training for a half marathon but have mini goals till then. the hiccup is that after five miles my hips have now started to give me a hard time, this worries me as I have a trek up the tower on Saturday, 40 floors, I have to take care of my body. Because in the end isn't that the goal, to make this the best body I can have, whatever size or shape that might be.
