yep already did my wogging for today. 30 minutes of fitness done.
After my Saturday painting/cleaning workout I have been idle. Sunday is my rest day went to church tho...Monday I planned to go to the gym but didn't. Well I thought it was a wogging day and it wasn't but my elbow was hurting, my lower back and my head so I rested another day. I'm getting to old for dissss..... Well anyway I'm home today as well. Had a headache most of the nite and a tinge when I woke up this morning. I know me - if I went out to work like that by this time I'll be working on another headache episode. Which I'm feeling right now. My new glasses are on the way so I can get them on Thursday. Thank God!!! This weather of wind, overcast and chill is reeking havoc on my allergies. Hopefully this afternoon I can get my gym workout on to make up for yesterday.
I accomplished another thing on my Jan-June to-do-list. I got my other car repaired. Now I need to have it detailed and photographed to put on the market for sale. I also got to find the title. Today I'm going to re-decor my bathroom after giving it a good cleaning/scrubbing. I need to vacuum also today. I'm going to do my new favorite hobby, Pinterest searching for decor ideas for my walls in my bedroom. DIY stuff. It feels so good to start to make progress on my to-do-list, whew!!!!
Now for fitness - this week. I'm going back to my smoothies, I've cooked some lima beans in my crockpot, I'm cooking some beef ribs today that will last a few meals. I'm going to try much harder to stay away from fast food and sweets this week. I've been lacking on my water this weekend too, so got to pick that up this week. Onward I go....
