Well I havent' blogged lately b/c I have been feeling pretty sucky. Valentines Day pretty much screwed me up for a two day candy binge of which I supposedly gained 3 lbs. (down to 2 lbs. now). I have been exercising a lot but apparently it can't keep up w/my calories. I just feel like a failure. I've lost 13 lbs. and gained 2 back. It's going to take the whole damn week to get that back off now. Anyway, sorry for whining.

    Blogging the frustration with your choice was a great way to handle it, and now you can let it go and move forward in a better direction. Anyway, I doubt if you REALLY gained 3 pounds, even if the scale showed that number - I'm sure you didn't eat 3500 x 3 calories of candy. Seems like when we "lose it" for a day or so, our bodies suck up water with the sugar/salt and hold onto it for a few days. Stand strong with exercise and eating, and I know you'll see the scale recover. And give yourself a pat on the back for airing it instead of hiding. :)

    Ok so you had a candy binge. It's done so just move forward. Unfortunately you are right about it taking a week to get off, but you will do it! Just keep looking to the positive! emoticon

    Hi Kim! Sorry you had a candy binge for Valentine's Day. Once that sweet tooth gets a taste it takes control. Make sure to not keep it n the house. My DH knows better now than to buy me any candy for any occasion.
