So I started P90X last week and I have tried very hard to stick to the workouts, difficult and I made substiutuions, but I have been streaking for 8 days and feeling stronger! I have these last 15 pounds I want to shed to hit goal weight but if I can firm up and tone up and look hot and fit in my clothes then the number will not matter! I started with the lean version and I am thinking if I make it to 90 days I might start the classic version next to really define my muscles!
After having 5 babies over the past 13 years I have never really taking continuous time for me! I will try hard, my problem areas are obviously my stomach and hips, only time will tell if I can mend them. I think I have that seperation of the ab muscules from having children not sure if that will effect my results, I am going to read up on it more to see if there are specific target excersizes to help them mend, if that is even possible without surgery! I am determined to succeed and I continue to wake up each day saying "I am committed" it has helped so far!
