Now starting Operation Frenchie! My goal is to take off 10 lbs before my trip to Paris in May. That's a pound a week, I can do it.
1. Logging food on Lose It.
2. Let's up the cardio...I think I'll follow SparkPeople's plan of at least 30 minutes of cardio 6 days a week, plus strength.
3. Martial arts once a week, the 2-hour Saturday class. I will NOT quit yet. I have been injured so much in there, now I'll be damned if I quit before at least winning yellow stripe belt. I must have a color!!!
4. Hmmm...weight training. I want to finish ChaLEAN Extreme. I can't start it at the moment because I have an elbow, forearm and hand injury from aikido. I sat out of aikido class last week entirely. Still hurting. I will start ChaLEAN Extreme as soon as I am able.
5. Blogging on Spark. That helps me.
6. Weekly weigh ins.
