I have a serious chip craving right now after going to Subway for lunch and eating healthy and avoiding cheese, condiments, cookies, and especially CHIPS. OMG thank God I have none in the house because I wouldn't stop at one.
Yes sssoooooo true, I want to get to that point. Although the other day Ben came home with a whole pack of stuffed oreos and I only ate ONE! I did not fret, or think about the rest like I usually would have, usually I would of ate half that bag, but nope, lol. Nothing is going to happen unless you make it happen. Wishful thinking is not working for me any more, lol.
Great blog post! I don't know if i will ever arrive at a place where I would just stop eating because I'm done.... but I'm glad I am learning to think about it more and stopping (and not even starting) more than I have in the past!
