So today is Day 2 of my SP Transformation Journey. So far so good, LOL!
My food is planned for the day, I've had a healthy breakfast and 3 cups of water already, and my scheduled workout is a 1.5 mile walk and yoga - my back is still a little tender, but getting better, and I think today's workout is doable and will give me another "easy" day to recover. Then it's P90X tomorrow, baby!
Although I usually do well with getting my daily scheduled workout in I work from home and so I sit at a desk a lot during the day and then usually collapse on the couch in the evening to unwind with some mindless tv/movie watching. I knew I needed to be more active than that one exercise session a day, so my niece and I have challenged each other to do the "First Step Domestic Violence 5k" in Coshocton, Ohio on April 20th. It gives me a reason to get out of the house and walk each day in addition to my normal strength, cardio, and flexibility workouts. Yeaaaahhh!
So I'm on track and I have a fun new goal to focus on to keep me putting one foot in front of the other and making progress!
