The Biggest Loser

Did anyone watch The Biggest Loser last night? I did and one thing that stuck with me was when Bob talked to Gina and it came out that she was sabotaging herself. Well I do that all the time. I make a goal and am ok until I get close to the end and then throw it all away. I don't know why I do this and I didn't get any closure from what happened to Gina. How did she fix this? What kind of talking can make it change? How many of us do this too? I wish I had some answers.

    I literally just finished watching it about 30 minutes ago. I think Gina is not only scared to be skinny and healthy but she is scared of who she really is. Seriously? Dolvette confronted her, she quit. Jillian confronted her she quit and then she expected to have a number higher than a 4. Not going to happen when you let stress get to you and you quit because you don't like what someone says to you or you don't want to be pushed. You just want to have it easy. If that is what you want then you shouldn't have come on the show in the first place. Hello, It is Jillian Michaels, Bob Harper and Dolvett (I can't for the life of me remember his last name). Have you never watched the Biggest Loser before.

OK Sorry Rant over.

Maybe for yourself you need to think about it. Just like Alex. Are you still living in that world where I am doing my best and no one seems to think it is good enough? If you are then maybe you just quit because you think that reaching that goal wont be good enough. Make this about you and not anyone else. If you are doing it for others then it truly is a pointless journey. If they don't like you for who you are now they won't like you when you are healthy.

Keep on pushing for you and only you. It may take some time but you will get there.

  This seasons The Biggest Loser it seems most are sabotaging themselves. The past standards for Biggest Looser does not seem there, most are not taking advantage of the sources they have there.

    I do the same. For me I get excited and scared when I am about to hit a goal. I wonder what happened from childhood sometime that made me this way. I wonder sometimes too if it is due to low self esteem. Regardless, I just keep trying. Persistence rather than the perfection standards of the past seem to work better for me these days.

Wish I'd seen the episode as I've seen several posts about the episodes in blogs.
