Did anyone watch The Biggest Loser last night? I did and one thing that stuck with me was when Bob talked to Gina and it came out that she was sabotaging herself. Well I do that all the time. I make a goal and am ok until I get close to the end and then throw it all away. I don't know why I do this and I didn't get any closure from what happened to Gina. How did she fix this? What kind of talking can make it change? How many of us do this too? I wish I had some answers.
