Our second prechallenge assignment is to find and list why we are on this journey. So many times in our busy lives we get started on this journey and then something comes up, and then we can't really remember WHY we need to stick with them. Here goes:
What exactly do you want to change? I want to be a healthier me. I started with SP because my cholesterol was getting high and I knew loosing weight would help. Along the way, I have learned how and what to eat and the importance of exercise.
How do you want to look? I want to look good. I want my clothes to fit comfortably and I want to know that I am looking my best.
How do you want to feel? I want to feel healthy and rested.
What things will you be able to do in the future with a slimmer healthier body? I want to do anything I set my mind to do,
What is your biggest challenge? My biggest challenge is consistently eating healthy. My hubby is not a good influence on my eating habits and that makes it hard. He often cooks rich foods with yummy sauces and likes to go out and eat. When he is around, I tend to overindulge. I need to say, NO, and stick to my guns.
