A shift in the program

So it only took about a week and a half for me to start to really dislike doing the P90. I think it was just the repetitiveness of it. So, I decided to change it up a bit and I'm mixing in other workout DVDs I have like my Jillian Michaels and Jackie Warner DVDs. So I'm still going at it, just taking a different approach. Because frankly if I dread having to do the same thing night after night (well, every other night since you rotate with the P90) then I'm not going to do it. Gotta do what works for you, right?

    There's a huge plus with your plan too....muscle confusion....by doing different types of workouts you will keep your muscles guessing and that's a very good thing!

    We are all very different and what works for one may not be the best for you....so what we need to remember is.........
