Plans, plans and more plans! Ufff, sometimes it gets tiring... but ultimately, I've realized when I don't plan my days, things go realllllly off track for me. So I'm thinking, why not put it all out there, everything I'd like to do today, right from the get-go? I'm not going to hold myself to everything on the list, but it would be great to get done, say, 75% of what's on it!
In the AM----------------------
**Workout @ Gym:
Cardio - 60 minutes w/ Intervals (today, I'm thinking StairMaster and Elliptical)
Abs - try some new moves using the Body Ball

Read Abstract, complete assignment #2
**Prep food for dinner later:
Going to try out a new recipe I saw for turkey & quinoa chili
Also, something with chicken breast for the man (he's not a big chili fan)
**Research about the LiveFit 12-week Plan by Jamie Eason:
This is something I'm hoping to start next week, once I've got it all organized. I really want to start lifting heavier weights to build more muscle mass, which I know will also help me with one of my biggest long-term goals, to drop body fat! I've heard great things about her plan (also, it's free!), and it seems like just the tool I need right now to guide me through the domain of the sometimes-intimidating weight racks at the gym. I feel like if I can go in there with a purpose and a routine, I won't feel lost!
