-Drink at least 8 glasses of water
-Cardio +Core Work + SP ST video
-Log all food on tracker and stay within calorie range
Yesterday was a good day. I got all my water in, had a great workout, plus a bonus core workout on my lunch break. I decided to kick up my core set by added (2) sets of 25 reverse crunches. I wasn't doing anything to target the lower abs, and thought I should definitely start incorporating those. I did well with tracking, and made good choices when it came to what I ate. Still, I found it hard to stick to my calorie range. Lately, I'm really having trouble with that. I'm not sure if I need to adjust by fueling myself with less calorie dense foods, or drink more water or what. Any suggestions, friends? Something else....except for the 10 day stint early this month where I was sick and didn't exercise, I don't have a problem sticking to regular workouts, and generally burn more than my estimated calorie burn from SP each week. I know this has soemthing to do with how my weight loss goals are set up on my start page. I'm just not sure where to make the adjustment, and I'm open to any and all suggestions.
PS: I'm wearing a skirt I've always LOVED today, but haven't been able to fit into comfortably for YEARS!
Today's Dedication: Today, I dedicate all my positive energy and good intentions to quieting my mind and drawing focus. It's such a struggle to master quieting the mind, and it's something I've really been working on. Even if I get 10 seconds of it, I feel accomplished. My mind and my body needs this quiet meditation and time for intention, so I am going to fuel my body with reflection. Peace!
