Stupid scale, I kicked it under the bed. Working hard and it didn't budge. Fortunately, Spark Coach today was about that very problem. So here is my list of ways spark is working for me that isn't the number on a scale. I think some of this is the crappy winter weather around here. Minus 20C and today, sleet and slush when walking the dog.
Doctor reduced my diabetic medication. Woo Hoo
My blood sugar AIC is normal and has been for 6 months
Overall I have lost 20 pounds and 5 sizes
No pain going up the stairs, one day I even ran up them!
Have lost inches.
Skin excellent (bit dry in the winter)
Facing problems head on instead of "swallowing my problem"
Meal planning and following the divided plate method of portion control
