Monday - Turbo Fire (Week 6, Day 1 5K to 10K)

I completed this when I got home from work. I didn't do my "extra" workout. I was able to do the Turbo Fire EZ 55 and the Turbo Fire Stretch 10. Great workouts!
I was in my calorie range for the day and I was very pleased with my food choices for the day.
I drank 8+ glasses of water in the day.
Day 1 of 1 for workouts for the week so far!
