Started off my day by going to the gym and eating a healhy breakfast and I feel awesome. I feel the way i felt when I first started spark. I feel so good I want to keep going. It helps that i have a wonderful lady to motivate me and go with me and eat better with me. I have a consultation with the trainer at the gym Saturday and I'm excited. Im nervous about being at the highest weight i have ever been but hopefully that means I can make the bigget changes too. Im hopeful. Im ready.
