Ok, this is it. I got up this morning and weighed myself as usual (1st thing everyday) and am 109 pounds. That's up at lest 3 pounds and the sad part is I saw it comming 1 pound at a time. the eating wasn't too bad but the laziness and lack of moving and exercise was my down fall.
This is my eyeopener. (At 4:30 in the morning) I aim to lose this by April 1st. So, I had better get up off butt and get moving.
Eat right,exercise and keep moving whenever I can. (I have a mostly desk job)for the last 11 years. I came in as waitress of 20 years at 90pounds and the job grew on me. HA ha ho ho not so funny.
That's it. This is war.
Oh yeah, Let's keep smiling! emoticon emoticon

    Kathryn is right 109 is great.Underweight is not good.If your BMI is good don't go under.
