The last time I wrote a blog was New Years Day and I talked about how I could not get beyond "Day One"
well here I am February 18th and starting the second week of being on track!
I haven't made any weight loss goals but I have met other goals!
Last week I went to the gym 3 days and completed over 120 minutes of fitness. My favorite machine is the bike and usually I am able to complete 1 mile in 5 minutes but last Friday I completed 3 miles in 10 minutes and I am really proud of that.
Today I reached a goal of completing 1 mile on the treadmill. The only thing I am upset about is I go to Planet Fitness and today was my first day doing the 30 minute circuit I didn't last week because there was a lot of people in there. Well today I got my nerve to go in there and no one was there as soon as I started getting into the flow three people came in and wouldn't change stations so I finished and missed those three machines. It says to only do the 30 minute circuit while in there but I guess not everyone wants to follow the rules. Regardless I met some goals last week and I am going into my second week feeling very well about my progress.
I'll end with this.....
I gained weight and at first I was feeling really crappy about it and wanted to quit but like some of my team members reminded me I took a look in the mirror and said to myself "Bree if you are unhappy with your weight you need to do something about it" and I did.
I made it pass day one and that is the biggest goal I have accomplished since my first blog.
I am going to continue to push myself and reach my weight loss goals!!!
