I weighed myself this morning and I weighed 344.0 pounds this morning. Today I went to the pool and walked/swam for 1 hour while my kids played. When I got home I rode a mile on the bike. This is a huge start for me :)

Tomorrow's goal is to watch what I eat, drink water, and ride my bike.
