Training Again

Been working on my training for a half marathon.

Todays stats:

3.33 miles
38:57 minutes
265 Calories
Average Pace: 11:46

My running intervals have been between 9 min/mi and 10:22 min/mi. I need to get more consistency. Either way, I am doing it!

    Have you tried correlating your times with weight loss, sleep, or other pertinent factors?
