It feels like an ongoing struggle with unhealthy weight I got going on here. To make matters worst I ended up with Achilles Tendonitis on both of my legs. At least before I used to be able to go to the gym and work out with no issues. Right now, I can't even walk a block with out being in pain. So I decided to try the HCG diet. Today is my second day of limited amount of Calories intake. Yesterday was the day where I had to eat a lot of fatty food. Yuk! I never felt so displeased with fattening food in my life like I did yesterday. I couldn't even finish my cheese cake. I guess the fact that I had to eat that all day decreased my desire to consume significantly. That's interesting how we always want what we shouldn't have but when we get it all we get sick and tired of it.

Today was interesting. I managed to drink more water than usual. I eat super healthy food except I'm only allowed to eat 500 calories. It's a bit scarey so I'm going to keep an eye on any alarming changes. I did well minus the temptation that was unbearable between 6 - 8 p.m. But I made it through the day so woohoo. emoticon
