5th day of no candy!

Today was the 5th day without candy. At this point I don't carve it. Yay!!

Today I worked out 68 minutes.

I biked, kick boxed, jump roped, and walked.

I hope I can continue to this at least 5 times a week!

I am hoping to stop drinking diet coke on March 1.

    Wonderful about no candy. That is awesome. Yea, I stopped the diet coke in August and I feel GREAT without it.

    awesome great with the no candy i so hope you give up the diet soda as it is extremely bad for you. you are worth it and deserve to be healthy

  Hey, well done!

Personally I think diet drinks are more noxious than candy and we'd all do well to swerve them completely.So the sooner you give them up the better.
