Hey gang! I admit, I haven't blogged in a very long time...but then tonight I saw that I lacked just 4 Spark points to hit 23,000 Spark Points, and I say, "Hey, are you kiddin' me?? I've got to take a few minutes to write a blog and get a few points!"
Seriously though, I feel like I've been so blessed in the last 7 weeks, it's high time I stopped to write a quick note of universal thanks. I got off track with my Sparking and with my eating and fitness plan in the fall, and as I went into the holiday season, I knew that I had to make a change!
I have been tracking my food and fitness minutes since January 1, even though I have done very little social network on Spark. I decided that the tools I needed most were tracking, and for the most part, have stuck to that approach. Of the various ways we have available to track food, I still think Spark's is the easiest to use, and I'm so grateful for it!
I made a commitment to 90-days of P90X2 on January 1st, and am thrilled to report that I'm on Day 48! I have passed the 1/2 way mark, and my confidence is better than ever that I WILL finish the 90-day commitment.
I have learned to modify, to stick with it...and to believe in the compound effect! Small changes, small positive steps...repeated daily...will yield huge results!
