Just got through watching THE BIGGEST LOSER, I am getting real now!!! I eat snacks or nibble on my food even when I know I am not hungry. I want to taste something in specific such as sweet or salty or just to feel better. This is not my best. I don't always put my best effort into my weight loss attempts. I can relate to Alex on the show tonight. I think I give up because I don't think my best is enough. Although this behavior really is not my best!!!! I need to go the distance and put out my best effort in my lifestyle. I need to push myself with the vision of the end. I can be a success and get to my 150 pound goal. I need to go through the pain and not eat if I am really not hungry. I am in great need to get real now.
