Week 8, Day 1 of Couch to 5k...pooo!

Pooo! I had to walk for one minute in the middle of this 25-minute run. I had a pain in my side that just wouldn't stop. Walking for just one minute made it go away. So, I guess I had two 12-minute runs...I will try again on Wednesday. Maybe I'm still recovering from my wild weekend. I will eat a little better before the next run. Wish me luck!

    Are you hydrating? I've heard it's a reason for the side pain. It may also be the way you're breathing. It'll happen less frequently the more you run. Don't stop running. emoticon

    And here I was, happy with going 6 minutes in a row...think I might have to jump on a c25k bandwagon.
