30/30/30 Challenge.......Good For Me

Challenge Accepted emoticon
Start- February 18th End-March 18th

30 days- length of Challenge
30 Healthy meals- 1 a day
30 minutes of exercise- everyday.

Heres the new challenge for i have given up all processed sugar treats.....

I am going to focus on getting smaller and being down every week... Down is down i think if i stop focus on a goal to be at the wedding and start focusing on watching my input and output and getting smaller and whatever size i end up as long as it is smaller is good for me...
Being able to start running outside in the spring is good for me.... walking the trails outside without puffing is good for me.... Focusing on getting better in my classes at the gym is good for me.... Getting better at my R30 is good for me... Being the best me i can be for my family is good for me..... Whatever weight i may be at the wedding as long as it is smaller(and it will be) is good for me.................. emoticon emoticon

Healthy is good for me...Exercise is good for me..... Moving is good for me.... Focusing on my health is good for me. emoticon

    emoticon . Love the sound of this challenge. Realistic and doable. Even more emoticon is that you starting to focus more on the here and now than just the wedding date with a very specific scale goal in mind. emoticon that you are also recognizing the importance of non scale victories which you mention in the blog. You've got your work cut out for you for the next 30 days. emoticon emoticon You will do it!!!
