30 days- length of Challenge
30 Healthy meals- 1 a day
30 minutes of exercise- everyday.
Heres the new challenge for me...plus i have given up all processed sugar treats.....
I am going to focus on getting smaller and being down every week... Down is down i think if i stop focus on a goal to be at the wedding and start focusing on watching my input and output and getting smaller and whatever size i end up as long as it is smaller is good for me...
Being able to start running outside in the spring is good for me.... walking the trails outside without puffing is good for me.... Focusing on getting better in my classes at the gym is good for me.... Getting better at my R30 is good for me... Being the best me i can be for my family is good for me..... Whatever weight i may be at the wedding as long as it is smaller(and it will be) is good for me..................
Healthy is good for me...Exercise is good for me..... Moving is good for me.... Focusing on my health is good for me.
