So Far, So Good!

Monday, February 18, 2013

I went back to Weight Watchers two and a half weeks ago and except for one evening, I have been following the program fairly well. Even with that, I didn't use up all the weekly points allowed and I don't feel nearly as guilty as I usually would and I was able to get back in control the next morning. I have joined any and every challenge I can for the coming month or so to make sure I have frequent deadlines to meet. I am keeping up my exercise although I am a bit limited by hip pain when I overdo it so I might need to use my exercise bike to help with that since I would not be weight bearing with that one. I am finding that if I have a slightly smaller breakfast I can have a bit more for lunch which is my usual problem time and still have a nice dinner.
Tomorrow will be a test for me. I have my great grandsons coming to spend the day with me since their mom is in school. They are good little kids but the stress of little ones is sometimes a trigger for me. I have lots of carrots and celery on hand so I can always eat those. Besides I don't really have anything tempting in the house!
