Stayed within plan of my calorie range, exercised. Woot!
Did day 1 of Jillian Michaels' "Shred" DVD and at this point I can say it wasn't awful, mostly because I finished it about 45 minutes ago and the soreness hasn't set in yet. I think I'll probably have sore thighs tomorrow from the squats, but that's to be expected considering I haven't been using them much.
Will do "Shred" day 2 tomorrow, and will stay within calorie range again. Tomorrow I have to travel a bit, so will pack a healthy snack to eat in the car on the drive home.
