Crushed my P90X workout today!

So today on my schedule for workouts was Shoulder & Arms with Ab Ripper X. I increased my weight and/or reps on all exercises on both of the workouts today. I am already know I am going to be sore tomorrow. And I am 500 calories under on my intake for the day. I knew if I just tried a little harder I could do it. I am excited to see what tomorrow brings. I know I have TurboFire Low HIIT 20 or 25 and I am going to start a 3 day Shakeology cleanse to get my metabolism up and going again. I have always wanted to try it so Tuesday -Thursday I will be doing that. I will weigh myself tomorrow morning before I eat anything then again on Friday morning. I will be sure to report what the scale revealed and how I felt through the process!
