Workout for the Week

I decided that blogging more may help me stay on track with sparkpeople than in the past. I've never blogged much on the site, but it is actually nice to be able to record my thoughts of the moment. Then I'll be able to look back when I get further down the road.

Anyway, I decided this post should include my workout plan for the week. I'm not a huge fan of cardio, but I try to get it regularly. I've chosen to attempt the fitness plan on the Tone It Up website. I did the first video today which was for the arms and glutes. I didn't quite match the cardio the site said to get.

Hopefully, the rest of the week will be better! Also, I am slowly learning the belly dancing moves. I was trying to secretly practice them while I was waiting at the bus stop today. emoticon
