Day 4 of healthy eating complete.
Veggies, eggs, peanut butter mini square rice cakes, avocado and more veggies. Just missing a bit more protein and Ide be set!
You have no idea how tempted I was to go into our treat bin and eat the kit Kay sitting there with my invisible name on it. This seems to happen when I'm going to pick kids up from school. I don't know why but it happens every day at that time. My stomach is usually full from lunch still but obviously not satisfied enough. Maybe this was just the habit I had before.
Well my new habit, drink a water instead. Everything I "crave" chocolate I will get water. This worked today when I wanted that chocolate. I did not have it, but man I wanted to. I grabbed a bottle of water, took it to the car and drank it. As soon as I'm out of the office and in my car I'm ok.
So there it is. I did not cave at work. When I got home, I began making dinner. I did have 1 mini egg. ONE PEOPLE ONLY ONE. that right there is a victory!
