Day 414- Diet trouble

I've still been having trouble with how many calories I'm consuming lately. Each day I think that I'm not going to eat as much as the day before, but I still manage to go over on my calories.

I've been looking at motivational articles and pictures to try to pump up my motivation for tomorrow. I know I can do better.

    I hear ya - I've been trying for 1250 calories and I went over them last night with wine and chicken =( ... it's just hard. But we can do it... you realize what you've done wrong now you're working to correct it. =)

    You can do it!! Can you make any food swaps? Instead of reaching for one thing, read for fruit or cut up veggies instead?

    I start cruising Pinterest at times like this... that and I added a bunch of fitness tumblrs to get some inspiration
