So I wouldn't say last week was the worst week but I am definitely happy to see it go.
Here is a summary of the week.
Workouts/Phyical Activity: I worked out four days. I am most proud of Friday when I was able to squeeze in a 30 minute workout before going to the RV show. Then I walked about 5,000 steps looking at all the different fifth wheels, motor homes and toy haulers.
I really, really want a toy hauler. it is a camping trailer where the furniture folds out so you can put your four wheelers and dirt bikes in it, but then when you camping the furniture folds down and you have a trailer to sleep and eat in. We almost bought one but we really want to buy a new house so until then we can't get anything else out on loan. Cross my fingers for next year!
Nutrition/Diet: This is what could use a little work..ugh. My diet is always a hit and miss. I do either do really good or just downhill. We didn't eat dinner before the RV show and we were there until it closed at 10:00. Our dinner consisted of two beers and a big soft pretzel! Good thing I walked 5.000 steps! Yikes
Last week was also challenging because of Valentines day. My honey and I really don't do valentines day. We just do really small things for each other. So Wyatt bought me a big bag of my favorite candy ever...Peanut butter M&M's and my favorite beer! It is a true test of balance! I am not going to say that I am not going to eat any of the them or have a beer, because I am ok having a small handful of M&M's and enjoying one beer while watching a movie. I just can't do it every night!
I do have to say that I had some good moments as well. I boiled a dozen of eggs and take one to work for a snack everyday. Instead of snacking on chips at my desk I have been having pumpkin seeds.
Even though last week wasn't too horrible I am definitely excited for this new week! I am reading more blogs and started reading Chalean Johnson's Push book again. I am just doing what I can to keep me motivated! I want to keep this up and continue to see results!

Drink water, water, water!!
Workout at least 5 days
Only drink alcohol 1x this week.
Yoga twice this week. I've been feeling a little of the winter blues so I think this will help boost my spirits up and keep me motivated.
