Weighed in: lost the 2 oz, I gained yesterday, which I lost the day before. LOL

Bottom line: I am now establishing a healthier rut! emoticon

    I like your new term "rutting." I need to do some rutting, too. emoticon emoticon emoticon On the other hand, I'm using an old fashioned scale with a dial. It just shows me pounds, no ounces. Plus, I'm finding that in my old house, it seems to make a difference which part of the floor the scale is on.....searching for the flattest part. OI

I have been using the big gym scale which is calibrated 1x per month...and it's like a cargo digital scale (can weigh LOTS of "tonnage"). Today it showed that I'm down 1# since Feb. 6th. (That isn't very much in 12 days, but at least it IS down!)

But maybe because I haven't hardly eaten today?!? I'm looking at having to have a root canal this week. I have a tooth that has the whole side of my face, jaw & ear in throbbing pain.
