My Barre3 Workout Lineup::

Ballet Core
Turbo in 10
Defined Seat and Core
Yoga Flow & Core
Core Focus with Jenni
Yoga Stretch with Viva

Each video is 10 minutes long so strung together I got a good hour long barre workout with a heavy focus on my core but overall pretty gentle which is great cause I went to the gym earlier today!
