I made a vision collage when I started on SparkPeople and I still like it. (It's the background of my SparkPage.) Lately, I've found some key motivational phrases and quotes to be extremely helpful in keeping me focused on my goals. So, I decided to gather them together in what I'm calling my "Motivation Corner." It's in the corner of my dining area where I am sure to see it multiple times a day.
