I will start out saying I didn't do perfect but I made a Weekend Kale salad and it was pretty good eventhough I am not a huge fan of kale.

On another note I hate when I am hungry the first thing my mind goes to is fast food. Like I got off of work early today and first thing I had a thought I can stop and get a sandwich at wendys. I can't wait until my mind goes to fruit or salad first then to something bad!

    I just started my first day on the 17th, I know EXACTLY how you feel. I am a junk food addict. That is one of the reasons I think this program is so important. It really forces you to focus on the things that you should be putting in your body and makes you realize just how awful all that processed and crappy food is. Good luck to you!!

    Stick with it. The first week is the hardest!! I had intense cravings for fast food and was very cranky! I am on my 6th week and crave fruits and veggies. The other day, I even craved mushrooms. Don't give into fast food your first week! emoticon

    Good Luck with ETL! The mindset change takes time but you will get there if you stay aware of the choices you are making.
