I am still working on sleep and it has gotten better. Last night I got 8 hours.
With Valentine's Day we did not do so well. People had too many desserts, but we are back on track now.

Good for you - hey ONE day of 8 hours is a START of a potentially LONG stretch of days when you get 8 hours of sleep. Good luck and have a wonderful rest of the week.
