Today Is A Good Day!

Psalm 9:2 I will be glad and rejoice in THEE: I will sing praise to THY name, O THOU MOST HIGH!

Today is a good day! My pain is Hubbie for a little while. It started getting to cold to stay out. I have tracked my food and exercise. Staying true! I hope to maybe get on my treadmill for a short time. I can't go to fast yet. At least I will be moving. I am pacing myself until I can do better. My back is still healing. I thank the LORD for helping me to manage today so well.

  (please hear me) This was the first chance I got to read and respond to your blog, and I am glad your feeling good, but please do try and not over do it. And you need to walk on solid ground before you walk on a Treadmill! But do walk ! Trust me, I know. Walking on the ground is safer. Treadmills can cause new injuries if your nerves are not cooperating and working in sync. I would not do the treadmill just yet, but do move. On safe ground! Because if your nerves are not functioning they can percieve things differently and if you feel faint, which can happen still! You do nto wnat to fall off the treadmill! It happens when people go on it too soon! Please walk on solid ground first for a few months before you try walking on the treadmill. Because you do NOT want new injuries! Hugs susana
