Starting off right!

Monday, February 18, 2013

So last week was just a total right off and I vowed that that would NOT happen this week! Today I worked out over my lunch break and I felt GREAT! I had WAY more energy for my afternoon and just knowing that I could leave when school was done and have that extra time with my baby girl made it all worth it.
I had one hard eating choice, it was a staff member's bday celebration and they had ice cream cake, my favorite!!! SO I did have a small piece....BUT I included it in my tracker and even with my supper I am still on the lower end of my cals, yay!
This week is a BIG week for me...I REALLY want to get to my first goal before my babe turns 1 next Wednesday....send me your positivity I can really use it this week!

Last week was rough for me too. I got a lot of good exercise in, but my food choices were poor- especially at night. But I just went grocery shopping and have my meal plan for the week, and guess what? I think I "sparked" my husband and stepson- they are both starting an exercise program and healthy eating plan this week too. It will be MUCH easier if we're all doing it together. I'm excited this week- for both of us!!
