I see it has been 2 weeks again.
Need to quit doing that!
Weight was doing better, but had a binge last night.
Need to stop doing that as well.
Today I did Silver splash .. water aerobics for seniors.
I also did low-impact water exercises for 30 min.
Tomorrow: SS range of motion aerobics 55 min and pool time
Thur: Silver Splash 55 min.
Fri: SS ROM 55 + pool time
I think 4 times aweek at gym is good, maybe some walking time
but am going to stop doing the recumbent bike until I lose some
more weight. Was down most of last week because of knee pain.
Today is TOPS weigh-in and I will have gained. Tomorrow, neighbor
is making steaks and twice baked potatoes with custard for dinner,
then hopefully, I can get back on plan.
I need to do some studing this week, before my meeting on Sat.
House cleaning is in there as well LOL
Hoping to get a little decluttering done in the office.
Will try to get back into my weekly post at least and get
motivated again. That infection really took it out of me.
