I lost 4.7 lbs this week. This is also period week, so I'm pretty proud. Especially since I craved just about everything in sight. My starting weight was 321.9 lbs and my current weight is 317.2 lbs. I just got finished with a 30 minute session on my elliptical. Upped the resistance from 3 to 4 halfway through, and then upped it to 5 for the last 10 minutes. Overall it went pretty well. Hopefully I'll will stay on track. I'm confident that I'll do well this week. I may go do a little strength training before I start my homework and wait on biggest loser. (That's tonight right?) I'm going to look up a tofu recipe for dinner tonight. Hope everyone is doing well! Blog ya tomorrow!
