The Cardio Playlist

Monday, February 18, 2013

A while ago, I asked for recommendations on new music for the playlist. It took me a few months, but I've finally compiled my top 150 songs. Thanks if you recommended something that made my final list!

Why 150? Because that's my current goal weight. :) And it's enough songs to keep me from getting bored.

According to iTunes, I've got 9.4 hours worth of music. That's a lot of running. :)

I can't upload the PDF to Spark, but you can get the list of songs here if you're so inclined.

(Let me warn you there's a lot of explicit material and this whitest white girl of all time has a thing for hip-hop and rap and angry screaming black men.)

You are hilarious! My playlist looks like yours - I seek out the most filthy, raunchy music I can find. The filthier, the better.

Lol, "whitest white girl of all time." I also have quite a thing for hip hop which annoys my boyfriend. But he's still worships hairbands from the 80's so he's one to talk. You've got quite a variety. I may have to add some of your songs to my playlist too. I love that it's 150 songs because that's your goal weight. You will definitely get there!

There are some great songs on this list!!!! I have some on my workout tape already, but am definitely going to use some of these.

Did you know that "Jump Around" is 21 years old? I feel like I should buy it a drink.

That is quite a list and I plan on stealing a few of those songs for my own. I appreciate the number of songs based on your goal- it adds significance and it is plenty of variety when on shuffle!
