It has been a while since my last blog. I'm getting more into a routine now and it makes it easier for me to exercise as well.
I've been to the gym about three times a week. I'm trying out some different classes and have found some good ones. The most challenging one is actually called Challenge. It is a strength class but it is all about speed so it is a workout for your heart as well. I haven't eaten great though. Either I am go to a café and have cake or just skip dinner and eat a sandwich instead.
I haven't checked my weight in a while, a bit scared of what it will say but I think I'm still around the 70kg mark so I need to put a bit more effort into eating healthier and then I think that I might lose some weight.
